Help us keep the dream alive in 2014!

pbnation tweeted this and i didnt see a thread......

Help us keep the dream alive in 2014!

Chattanooga CEP 2014:

Keeping the Dream Alive

The purpose of this campaign is simple; to continue the dream of playing professional paintball.

CEP was formed in 2005, and achieved the dream of every player by winning our way through each division and finally earning a spot in the PSP Professional Division at the end of 2010. But, like most things in life...getting there is only half the battle.

CEP is one of the few, if not the only, professional paintball team that is FULLY FUNDED by the players. Although we have AMAZING sponsors, each player commits $250 to team dues each month throughout the season. But, this $24,000+ only covers our minimal practice costs and simply is not enough for us to truly compete at the top level. We need your help!

Words cannot express how important these guys are to me. Supporting them isn't just a nice thing to do, it is a donation to the essence of paintball. These guys embody the spirit and tenacity that makes our sport the best one on earth.

Why not add in more divisional teams to help offset some of the main overhead costs? I'm also guessing ya'll have tried other sponsors?

Either way, hope things work out for the best, and I ordered my shirt to help the cause!

Dye treats us great!

Pro paintball is just 2x as expensive as divisional unfortunately.

I do not like having younger players pay for our team. Paintball should not work that way.

We get $0 from our d3 team, and they get the chance to work onto a pro team. 80% of CEP pro came from a CEP feeder team over the years.

Because it adds responsibility to myself or another CEP member, more teams = more time.

In the end, our 1 goal is to win in pro. Less distractions the better.

Quality > Quantity. Our d3 team this year will be quality.

Whole heartily agree, I hate seeing organizations do that.

We have one week left in our 2014 CEP campaign!
So far, we have raised over $10,500 for the 2014 season, and we are going to be giving away some awesome perks!
We are only $6,000 away from our goal, any way you can share the campaign will help!
Thank you all so much! #CEPstrong
