Who would buy custom made wood grips?

SO I am thinking about making wood paintball grips for sale. Have made a bit for my personal gun but do you think they would sell. Would you buy one?

Here is one I made, but I would make 45 type grips and not custom fitted ones like this.

They look good but that pump handle is ****ing awsome! I think if the price was right you'd have no problem selling a few. Maybe experiment a little with some colored stain finishes like the old smart parts ones had.

Yea, the only problem is that the hitman mod keeps braking so I need to put plexi behind it.

I had this idea in like 2006 and never actually tried to make any. Hopefully it works out better for you than it did me!

Yea I hope so. I also have a retired tool and dye maker as a grandfather so he can make tools to make them or for it or custom builds.

Wow, those are really nice looking. I don't think you'd have a problem selling those at all.

I would be interested in 45 grips for my Tippmann. How much would it be to purchase such an item?

How it would have to work for something other than a 45 frame is you would have to make a precise stencil with screw holes, where to sand and contour, and then chafering for the screw holes depending on the screw.

Then there would be 2 options, thin, cheeper wood, or thick custom contoured wood.

Then there would be a choice in wood and stain

If you are wanting 45 grips, I will have a couple different styles to pick from.

I would love to see some samples. I might be able to purchase something as early as next week if I like them.
