How long will paint store/last in a magazine?

I'm looking to get into mag fed but need to know if all the paint in a magazine will be useless at the end of a long day? How long will paint last in normal conditions compared to extreme heat? And I tend to run and dive alot, will all this jostling cause the paint to break in the mags on my vest (even though I will be using a thicker shell)? Anyone with experience please chime in.

If you keep the spring retention locked there is no spring pressure on paint in mag so no issue.

One thing you do need to keep in mind is that if you're playing on a warm muggy day, paint can swell and get sticky. I've heard stories of guys having paint in the magazine clump together requiring the mag be disassembled.

I've kept paint in a T8 magazine for over a month and it shot just fine when I pulled it out.
I wouldn't recommend this, though.

I'd be worried about the spring tension deforming the balls after a while and making your accuracy go to ****.
