Though I'm a fan of 12.5bps, I think it would be best to match what the PSP does.

I think leaving it at 12.5 is fine. We have been using it for several years now and it is proven to work. They are only thinking of doing 10.2 for the pros anyway to start.

If the WCPPL wants to continue to call itself the best league for the west coast divisional players wanting a legitimate PSP experience then we must follow what the PSP does and move to 10.5.....cuz ya know we couldn't shoot faster semi

then again the announcement that the PSP put forth was that the bps change was just for pros

10.2 for the open/pro divisions, 12.5 for d2, d3, and d4…that way you follow the PSP…(they're only make the ROF change for the pro div)

If your trying to be a feeder league for the PSP? Definitely follow the PSP ruling? I personaly like 12.5 just fine. 15 was fun too! Intense.

If that also mean less sideline coaching, then I'm all for it!

This.

I'd rather see sideline coaching disappear, and could careless what bps the guns run.

I think that coaching is a bigger factor. 12.5 is fine..

Would 10.5 bring an element of more skill to the game? All for it!

15BPS (2) 20 min halves .. but hey Im just living in the past .

Seriously though, follow in line with what the PSP does. Personally I would love to see the coaching go away and BPS isn't to me a huge factor.

You really don't even need to get as extreme as 20 min halves. Just letting teams play till time expires would be a huge improvement over race2.

I was joking, overall Mike and the crew always put on a quality show with awesome attention to detail.

Personally I would love to see coaching leave the game. I would love to see halves for the upper divisions (D2 and up). To me BPS speed is not huge factor.

as much as i like 12.5 i think that 10.5 would help save teams a little bit of money and every one wants to play how the pros do and since in the most popular series they are shooting 10.5 bps for there pro division its only a matter of time before psp makes all divisions play at 10.5 bps wcppl would just be ahead of the curve

I agree that sideline coaching should go away. I like seeing teams communicate and the excitement of watching players use their skill and instinct to move up the field. Coaching kind of takes away from the methodical aspect of the sport.

It's interesting because some of the other local leagues are already getting rid of coaching. WCPS (I think) and AFPL.
