What schools are recruiting you for lacrosse? It would be awesome if I could get a lax scholarship but I doubt I'm good enough.
As a junior I'm looking at either SUNY(state university of new York) schools like Albany, or somewhere is Boston Like Boston University or North Eastern.

Community Colleges are only 2 year. They don't prepare you for your major by providing lower division prerequisites. So in your junior year, you will have to take those lower division classes and will be behind.
MOST of the time the level of education just isn't on the same level.
Part of college is getting away. Not so much the partying, which is fun, but being on your own and dealing with new environments, people, and ideas.

I want to go to the naval academy. or the air force academy. I got nominations to them, but the thing is, my GPA is a little low, but i've been to 4 highschools and a brand new one for my senior year. so I dunno, and the people at the academies are so full of themselves, they recruit people with no character with high GPA's and look what happens, girls get drunk and get molested by some jock. It's retarded, and I heard now they are cutting the freshman a lot of slack. the point of going there is it's supposed to be super tough, you have to manage your academics with about 50 other things you have to do everyday.

one of the things that pisses me off the most about going to a the rochester institute of TECHNOLOGY is having to take almost as many liberal arts credits as core credits. i dont ****ing care about some retarded book that an even more retarded professor thinks is the best thing ever to happen to planet earth. i care about the stuff in my major. if i had thought ahead enough to go to a community college, even for just 1 semester, and get a bunch of liberal arts **** out of the way i would have been a lot happier last year.
