The 'arm' on the trigger must completely enter and exit the sensors each pull. You need to adjust the trigger properly.

I just got an ego 8 and I have a guerrilla air 68 4500 tank and I was wondering if I am better off changing the reg to low pressure. It's currently at the pressure when I bought it.

PE recommends HP output for an EGO8. If you have low it will work ok but could experience some drop off at high rates of fire.

I just replaced the pilot valve in an ego10...I reset the board, installed a fresh energizer battery, set the lpr to stock and it takes three or four trigger pulls for the marker to cycle. Any ideas?

Have we gotten a definitive answer on the whole LV1 velocity dropping after a couple games issue? I had this problem with my Ego 11 and also my LV1. chrono initially at 290 play a couple games then check its at 260. I am pretty tech savvy and have done all the suggested things. I have seen a good amount of people with this problem, but haven't heard if its an issue on a run of them or what.

lv1 user setting problems

I am programing my lv1 and i can not get user1 and user 2 where i want them. If i set the following modes in user 1 trigger, solenoid power, screen color, fsd delay, release time, pull time, breech open time, breech closed time, these values that i changed in user1 are applied in user 2 the only value i can change between user 1 and user 2 is ,bbs off rate of fire limit, and dwell I am saving each mode and loading each mode what am i doing wrong i was hoping i could have user 1 opto trigger and appropriate settings with green screen and user 2 switch trigger red screen with all the boston paintball settings

I have an Ego 09 that is shutting off mid-play with a new battery. Sometimes I get one shot off and other times I get an entire match in before it happens. The new battery is a Duracell (same as the old one) and there are no visible leaks from batteries or anything else. The battery indicator is also way off for the new battery, sometimes reading half batter life and then reading 3/4 full a few minutes later (it never reads full though). When the gun is firing, there is no noticeable difference in velocity, accuracy, etc. from when it was working normally.

Any ideas on what the problem is/how I can fix it?

p.s. this is my first post on pbnation, so I am sorry, in advance, if I am not following proper conventions - advice/suggestions always welcome

The ram won't come out of the back of my ego 11 and it is leaking down the barrel. I know what the previous problem is. How much would it cost to get replacement parts or should I send it in? I bought used and it's been acting weird since I got it

When you had the solenoid apart did you clean the spool? Could be a small piece of debris jamming it up. Other things I would try...
Swap out the #11 rammer oring.
Check the regulator seat inside the HPR. If damaged or missing it could over pressurize the marker.

It is usually the LPR screw being in to far. Put the screw so it is flush with the end of the LPR body.

Check to see if the battery is firmly in place. If the battery tabs have been bent, you will get a poor connection. Also,. Check the wires from the solenoid and eyes to the board. Make sure there are no pinched or bare wires. If the wires touch the gun it could cause the board to short out.

I took the gun apart, but didn't notice anything odd about the battery tabs or any of the wires. I did, however, notice a slight discoloration on the micro-switch trigger's middle prong. It is far more silvery/shiny in parts than the other two. The board does not have any discolorations at that location, however, and it doesn't look like a typical burn resulting from a short (it's on the component only). Could this be the cause of the issue?

I posted this in my Lv1 LPR thread: So after a days play I go to clean and grease my whole gun cause it's got a few shots through it. I did everything as the manual states and go to put my LPR back in and go to reset it to 1 turn after I fell resistance, except I feel no resistance. Also, the LPR keeps turning when I reach it's maximum turning point. It is literally turning the whole LPR body underneath the valve body cap with the tuning fork installed. Is that normal? Any help would be appreciated.

I have an 09 Ego that will do some sort of half cycle, where I'll air it up, turn it on, pull the trigger. I will hear the click and feel something being fired but the bolt won't move and the paintball won't shoot out. Any ideas?

Is the trigger parameter on opto or switch? If switch, try opto. It will bypass the switch and any issues it may have.

The LPR body is turning within the gun body? You need to install the FRM/ LPR screw. It screws in where the HPR threads into the body. It holds the LPR components in place.
