Let's say you order 1,000 cell phone covers but the company sends 900.
You have paperwork, correspondence and attempt to "recover" those "missing" 100 pieces but the company, along with the local Chinese government official, insists that the order is complete.
You then realize that any further attempt to ameliorate the situation would result in cost legal procedures...
