You're thinking of a different type of blowback.
The blowback you're referring to is air pushing up the feedneck, which is actually not supposed to happen in any marker as it causes breaks in the feedneck and hopper. Really has nothing to do with this marker in particular.
The type of blowback everyone else is referring to is the method in which the ZII operates.
