Save Phace, a company that manufactures a multipurpose boating mask, welding face protectors, and paintball goggles, has been sued in Federal Court.
The plaintiff was a friend of the owner of Save Phace, and alleges that he created the entire concept of the welding face protector, and was excluded from the profits of the sale of said face protector, was wrongly excluded from being listed as the inventor of it on all the patent filings, and that his personal effects, financial documents, and tools were (effectively) stolen from him when he was fired, as he was barred from the office premises.
