But that's an excellent point. Billy Ceranski's gun was on display at the 2007 World Cup in the Shocktech booth.
I have to respectfully disagree. Billy's gun that Renick puts on display is the first gen, full bodied, SFL style milling. Its been in the store for years, on display at WC, cocker days, etc. It has the yellow lines pointing forward at the top tube.
The gun from this thread is the 'danny love signature series' milling, which was done in 98 or so. It has the yellow lines pointing back at the top tube. I believe there was only one bumblebee done in this milling style, and that it was Billy's. There are 6 guns confirmed that have some variant of this milling: the silver one in this thread that BING originally owned, an all black one, billy's bumblebee, my flame one, a blue / black reverse fade splash one, a blue / silver pump right feed that's floated around. 5 verts, 1 right feed.
Based on when people in this thread are saying the gun traded hands, and when Billy got the SFL variant, I would say this was his old gun, and he sold it when he got the SFL variant or sometime shortly there after.
