Ill put my 2 cents on jaegers. The field is great and the staff is very helpful. The paint situation is a whole different scenario. Let me start with the empire custom blend, it is the bounciest paint I've seen in 2 years at$60 a case. The custom blend GI is field grade paint that has the field logo on it. It's greasy and oblong at $65 a case. The Marbalizer was bouncy the first time we used it at $75 a case. These are all prices before paying entry of $10-$15. I understand the prices of paint to stay in business but when you're paying that amount for paint And field fee, some quality paint should be in order. Now there is only premium at $75 and the other two you are better off not purchasing. Last year you at least had some options of grades of paint now you're almost forced into buying the premium Marbalizer at $75. As speed ball players we are not the driving force in business profitability because of our inconsistency to play regularly, but when we play should we not be given a quality product for paying with our hard earned money and at the price we are paying deserve better than what's being provided.
yep i can understand u need to make a profit .. but we all know what price they actually get the paint at .. and charging a almost double what u are paying for it .. its a bit ridiculous , we use only marb at our field now and i pay 50 a case with my small discount , thats why when i goto these axbl events im not worried about the 50 and 55 dollar prices, the paints steps above the marb we have been getting , althought the stuff we shot saturday was nice .. its seems hit or miss with it
and i cant see paying that much for that "custom blend" stuff .. might as well hit academy and get some toxin for 20 a case and shoot that
Paint storage by the field itself is key. If they're not storing it properly then your going to get exactly what your getting and hell no you shouldn't being paying top dollar for it if they don't want to take the time to properly care for it before they sell it to you. At the 2 fields I ussualy play at even the cheapest paint still shoots and breaks decent and the evil is spot on.
Everyone's suddenly an expert about the law. Bunch of idiots really. I can't stand facebook. If I didn't use it primarily as a messaging application and for our team's page, then I doubt I'd even have an account. I couldn't care less about every little pathetic thought that rolls off of someone's keyboard.
It really is easier to have the team discuss things on FB than via text though, so it makes sense there. I just don't care about everyone *****ing about every little bit of their day, and then the people that post their daily task list and literally walk you through every step of their life...posting family drama...wishing their 1 year old a happy birthday and writing this huge message to them on FB...ummm they can't read it! You may as well just post "hey everybody I need some attention please give it to me!"
