peanut butter sandwich diet

anyone else ever go on the peanut butter sandwich diet? you eat a peanut butter sandwish ever 2-3 hours throughout the day. plus work out everyday of some sort, and you build lots of weight. all i eat is peanut butter sandwiches, apples, oranges, salad (no dressing), and water... yay

not tons, but some. has lots of protein. carbs have no affect on me, i burn them off very easily.

i need to gain 15 lbs of muscle in 2 months. which is extremely hard for me because i have to put on the weight. puttin on weight is hard, losing it is really easy for me.

Get the peanut butter with the stuff ontop that you have to mix yourself... its much healthier for you, if you get into all that stuff.

nuts also have really god fatty acids in them, and dude salad with no dressing is kinda gross, i would suggest low fat dressings the kind with the blue label(if that helps)they should sell them at a grocery store. and if you want to gain wieght east one protien bar everyday (nitrotech,command,mesotech,protienplus by powerbar,metrx)

If you want to gain weight... just eat a **** load of McDonalds. That way, you can gain excessive amts of weight, and then sue them because their food made you fat.

i used to eatatleast 2-3 peanut butter sandwiches a day, id go through a thing of peanut butter in like 2 days. I didnt gain any weight off of it, but I dont lose any either. My mom wont buy peanut butter anymore so I will see what happens.
