I think I need to work on running in general first. As of right now, if I run for five minutes or so, I get a burning sensation in my lungs, eventually causing me to lose control of my breathing. Once that happens, if I keep running, I throw up. I don't know if it's because it's getting cold outside, or if I'm just out of shape.
I'll look into those things when I get my endurance up. Well, IF I get my endurance up; I don't know if I'll be able to run over the winter. I can't run outside (the sidewalks are never cleared and running on the shoulder in the winter is a bad idea), and I don't know if the treadmill my grandmother has goes fast enough (it might not even reach 10 MPH).
