dwell, recharge, ramping, PSI settings

I finally got all the leaks fixed in my shocker SFT and got it actually firing really good. I'm newer so I'm not very good at hitting higher rates of fire (even when walking the trigger), I probably got it up to about 10 bps because it didn't start ramping.

I'm trying to tune it correctly, but I don't understand a whole lot about what the settings actually do.

I think I settled it with dwell at about 40, recharge on the base setting, and the rebound on the 2nd or 3rd setting (it is possible to ramp, but I can't easily trigger it at my current skill). PSI set to about 200 psi (I don't know what's normal to use with shockers, but 200 gave me a good distance with good accuracy).

Share your personal settings, normal settings, explanations, anything. Thanks!

You need to use a chronograph, and we will need to know what board and internals you have.

@SpinE

I believe it's just the last made stock board and Humphry solenoid with vision. I don't know if there's really anything different internally (like I said, I'm newer so I don't know all the terms or more advanced terminology).

Edit: SP turbo charged bolt and can. I guess it's normal for about 180-200 psi.

I can probably answer specific questions about what's in it, but I just don't know what internals are being asked for that relate to the programming and bps/psi settings.

Well the dwell on the stock board adjusts in .25 increments with its bottom setting being 3 miliseconds (ms). Stock dwell is 36 chirps or 12ms. 40 chirps puts you at 13ms and that's a perfectly normal dwell time for an HE bolt kit.
175-180 psi is a pretty typical operating range 200 is a bit high but I'd be willing to bet once you get it over a chrono at thd field you'll be dropping down to thst 180 range. But if not just shoot it at 200 psi for a few cases and as those orings break in those pressures will come down.
