is the leak coming from the LPR itself?

I've encountered the same issue before. An O-ring may appear OK but it can have a defect that you cant see... replace the O-rings to be on the safe side... especially if they have not been maintained in a while. Let us know how it works out. GL

If you are referring to the middle screw, which is next to the screw you remove in order to take the lpr out of the body, it is a set screw and you most likely broke the locktite seal. Apply some BLUE locktite, screw it in a let it sit for about 24 hours with out airing it up. Air it up and see if the leak is fixed.

If this is indeed where the leak is coming from it will be a very slight sounding leak, nothing major.

Hope this helps,

-Mike

you can tighten those screws too tight which will push the LPR causing the orings to not seal. that will cause leaks.
