Need Help Diagnosing NT10 issues

I recently bought a used nt10. It airs up and shoots but its pretty loud and seems to have a lot of kick to it. When i removed the bolt i noticed it did not have any spacers in it and it has the blue bolt flow insert. I'm not sure what pressure its running at since i dont have a pressure tester. Also it sometimes will randomly leak from what seems like the top of the grip frame but it will seal it after another shot or 2.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Def invest in a reg tester. No need for the rubber bumpers unless you're shooting hot after pressure is correctly set. Id recommend calling dye and ordering a green flow insert. Then add a purple oring to the flow insert

Thank you for your response. May i ask why the green flow insert and o-ring are better? sorry im just learning about the nt. I feel like if i can calm this gun down a bit i'd love it.

flow insert allows more air to the ball, therefore higher velocity at same pressure i believe. the oring is so the bolt tip sits a lil forward preventing any roll back and prevents chopping of the ballstack. it makes feeding smoother

that makes sense. I really appreciate your help. I just got one more question. I noticed my bolt has deep scratches all the way around it. Would this cause any of these symptoms? and also what might cause this? Worn o-rings???

Thanks again for all your help

scratches are prob from dirt getting in there, or dirty lube. i wouldnt worry about it too much, mines a lil scuffed up
