Just got the new 260 shell and spring ramp. My bad luck I go to put the ramp in but the spring was missing. Called Virtue and told them my problem. I was the first that has had the problem but they are sending the parts. But I love the 260 shell tho. Just my luck with the ramp

I had a chance to use my new Spire 260 with a ramp all week last week from Wed thru Sat at Oklahoma D-Day. I was beyond thoroughly impressed! We participated in the unit Speedball competition Wed night and I purposely let my self run out of paint when shooting off the break just to get an idea when I would need to load compared to a my standard rotor and Spire. It was amazing how much of a difference this loader made for me as a Back/Mid player!

On Friday I ran it in the UWL event and again was blown away at how well it worked and the advantage it gave me on the field.

On Sat we used 260 Spires in our crazy D-Day tank. I put 5 cases through my personal Spire and it was flawless again. Saturday afternoon it got humid and then started to rain very heavily. The Rotors we had on some of the PE guns in our tank began to jam a bunch while the Spires fed like a dream all day with no jams!

I converted to the Standard Spire a few weeks ago and after my experience this week at D-Day I will be using nothing but the Spire for quite some time to come. The ramp is great for woodsball action too as I go gun down much more and never had to tilt back or shake to get paint in the nose to feed. Thank You Virtue!

Spring Ramp for Virtue Spire

I only recently became aware of this product. As you can see from these professional endorsements, it's quite an amazing item!

LOL!

Myself, I bought the spring ramp, and at age 36, I finally got to be with a woman.

I've proactively walked around in the pits just talking to teams I didn't know asking them how things were going and if there were any issues they might need help with. I know the office has shipped out parts when they're certain of the issue and I know they've also fixed problems over the phone. And in some cases when the office wasn't sure what the problem was through a phone diagnosis they had something shipped in because sometimes you have to have a part in your hand.

This is definitely side-tracking things and the simple fact of the matter is, if you have an issue the solution is always to call, not post on a forum.

We strongly believe in good customer service and you'll rarely find someone who has dealt with customer service who wasn't thrilled at how we handled things if an issue ever comes up.
I'm actually one of the guys that requested this. I asked if they had a red color kit. Turns out that they don't but he did have a red lid, and liner for the spire and he shipped it out to me from his house. I paid 10$ for shipping and that was that. Came in some fancy home depot plastic . Thanks again Virtue you guys are top notch.

So i used my Spire 260 w/ Ramp for the first time today and it just so happened to be down pouring outside. Fed flawlessly the entire time we were out on the field. Other loaders were having problems with the humid and damp paint and my 260 kept on trucking.

My one AHA! Moment came one point where i shot 3 ppl and i walked up to the guy playing behind me and said "i was shooting that entire time and i did not reload once"

Ive had the benefit of shooting every loader on the Market and my mind was blown today. Of course my 12 volt revy will always hold a place in my heart as the greatest loader of all time my Spire 260 is def. going to be my go to option when i need to do some serious work and when winning actually matters.

Sorry if someone already posted this but the ramp doesn't go all the way down with the 260 shell.

Works fine with stock shell but with the 260 she'll it doesn't go down all the way. And also after a little use it seemed like the spring got worn out pretty quick.

I like it VERY much!
The 260 is about 2 pods, a little less, and very much useful. I can keep a lane down like no tomorrow, and always have enough paint for any situation. What's even better is that it is smaller, lighter, and hold the right amount over my rotor's hi-cap.

But I'll have to agree with the Virtue guys. The ramp is definitely not required.
The way you shoot really adjusts itself so your basically dump paint in the front back towards the feedtray. However, I did get the ramp to finish the job.

I have noticed that in the 260, the ramp doesn't go down all the way. I've also noticed that with the ramp on the 260, I lose 1-2 balls consistently. (Because counting is a *****, I'm not proving with a vid.) However, the amount is still 260 or more.

Well worth the purchase! I just wish I bought the speedfeed, and high cap together, rather in pieces.
