New Empire Axe help please!?

Hi PB nation, I'm new to the site and fairly new to paintball (1 year), anyways I just ordered a new Empire Axe after trying one at my field. I am going to start playing on a team and want a solid setup on the gun. I was thinking a dye rotor, and a ninja pro cf 68/4500 tank. Now as far as upgrades for the gun I was thinking a 14" deadly wind fibur barrel with freak inserts, a redline axe board, and a lurker bolt (not 100% sure on this one, having trouble decide between Boss xsv bolt, v2 and this one) Can you guys please tell me if this is a good setup or not? What I should replace on my list? And also which bolt will give my gun the best performance? I am willing to deal with tuning the Lurker bolt. I don't really care about efficiency just smoothness and ball breakage.
Thanks!

Set up sounds solid. I would recommend the v2 boss bolt. So smooth... Redline isn't really needed unless you really want the oled... Everything else sounds good man.

thanks man! I think Ill go with the v2 since Ive found tons of positive reviews on it. And also should I get the Virtue Spire hopper? or just stick with the rotor? and last thing.....this might sound stupid but should i get a low pressure high pressure or normal hap tank?

The xsv and infamous bolts are better than the v2.

They actually make a slight difference. I have a shocktech, boss infamous, boss v2 and a lurker bolt (with the boss delrin spacer) and always install the orings on whatever bolt is actually being used. They are urethane rings.

A V2 Boss bolt just performs well. The others are placebos that have colors to them.

Really dude? No. They're urethane, which is a superior material for paintball seals... Lower friction and better longevity. Buna < viton < urethane

The lurker has a strong following here, but I prefer the Boss Infamous or XSV. It comes with a spring kit for more options and has better orings then the V2. Also, you may want to consider the matching bolt guide orings as well, they do make a difference when your reg is broken in. I am averaging 11-12 pods on a boss bolted Axe, with a 68/4500, and a Freak kit.

Normal hpa will work just fine, I use a med hpa tank set around 450 psi but used to use a normal 800/850psi, no issues at all.

I have both bolts lurker and Boss(XSV) both work 100 % for me I use them in 2 different guns the lurker in my mini and the Boss in my axe and have not had a problem with either. I went with the boss bolt because it comes with a spring kit witch enables you to fine tune the gun/bolt even more

The infamous and xsv really are just dyed different colors... he also has some blue color orings. The important part with boss is to get the team series. I have run my backup axe with a v2 (team series orings) and the stock spring just fine.

My personal preference on bolt it the lurker though. It is insane how smooth and quiet it is... Keeping the spacer still is a bit of a challenge, but if you can do that, then it is the best bolt I've used.

I have the XSV boss bolt running 3ms dewll with the short spring running at about 140 operating pressure. It's very smooth and quiet and I'm very happy with it, but I never tried the lurker bolt. Compared to my DM it's quieter and almost as smooth. As far as ball breakage I haven't had a problem but I change the dwell to 8ms and put the stock o-ring on the back of the bolt for winter which was suggested to me by Boss.

An XSV bolt tuned with the thread in my signature will shoot better than a whole lot of guns. A deadlywinds barrel is one of the best barrels out there. Especially the new ones that have interchangeable threads. Versatile, light, quiet and uses Freak inserts.
