Ridiculous On/Off Plug Leak

Alrighty, my DM5's on/off plug is leaking like crazy from the little gap right infront of the noid. I rebuilt and lubed both the bolt kit and the on/off plug. I also took apart the noid, looks fine. My Hyper 2 is at 3 turns out, LPR is at 5 turns out. It only leaks when I air it up and turn the on/off valve to the on position. In the video below I was barely turning the valve on and it was a very loud leak. Please watch it. Any ideas? Thanks.

he ON/OFF has three o-rings
1 009 UR90 2 012 (I believe a regular 009 will work as well instead of UR90.

In case of a leak from the on/off, it is easy to service:
1 Take the frame off the marker.
2 Unscrew set screw holding on/off in place (screw just in front of the front frame screw).
3 Pull out on/off, change damaged o-ring(s).
4 Lube with grease.
5 Push back in.
6 Screw in set screw.
7 Put frame back on.

yea. either you've put in a bad 009, or its not seated correctly.
could also be the bolt sail. its usually the cause of noid area leaks.
