DM7 for DP G4 - Worthwhile Trade?
I have somebody that wants to trade me my upped G4 (TechT H.E. bolt, A.P.E. LED board, Violent Series Trigger) straight up for a stock DM7. The G4 is my backup to my G6r as would be the DM7.
Overall mechanical/cosmetic condition on the two is comparable. Just wondering what other peoples opinion is on this trade?
I purchased the G4 used for a great price and the only upgrade I paid retail price for was the H.E. bolt.

DM7>G4
Go for it, you're coming out ahead.

Yes, very. Trade the G4 for the DM7 in a heartbeat. Other than being heavier, the DM7 is markedly superior in every other possible way.

The dm7 is way better than a g4. The G4's shot quality and type is much different than that of a DM7 and Matrix's are the best type of spools out there IMO.

I'd have to disagree, however now is not the time or place. If you would like to discuss it then send me a PM.

If its your backup I would say g4. Less Maintenance it has nice upgrades that u would want in a backup. Dm7 is a nice gun and is probably better as a main. But g4 is more reliable so I say go with that

I did make the trade but it would appear my 12 year old has put a claim on this bad boy so it is now a main. Looks like my backup is now his eXTCy, lol. Oh well easy come easy go.
Here's a pic.
