Unhappy Need help with a leak!

After lubing my ram, my gun developed a leak coming from solenoid exhaust slots. Any idea what the problem is? I'm guessing its the ram shaft or ram body oring. Anything I can do externally to stop it, or should I just take the ram apart and check the internal orings?

I went ahead and took the ram apart. I can't seem to find anything wrong with any of the orings. I haven't touched the AOC so I'm pretty sure its the ram. Any ideas?

Either the AOC is set too high or the solenoid gasket isn't seated well.

Actually, I wasn't able to check the piston oring. How can I take the hammer off of the ram shaft (they are connected with blue locktite)? Or is it definitely not the ram?

Well if the ram shaft oring is leaking I guess it would vent out of one of the exhaust ports, but almost every time that ever happened for me it was the LP set to high.

The hammer most likely is red locktited. If it doesn't come of with a pair of pliers (with leather pad) then you will have to heat the hammer to get it off.

I usually grap the ram shaft with a pair of pliers and some leather to protect the shaft and work the hammer back and forth. If you just try turning it, it will be hard to unscrew, but if you go back and forth with the hammer it usually comes off easier.

I would check your LP first before doing all that work (if you have an AOC gauge).

No AOC guage
I'll try turning it down a bit and see if it helps anything, at least that will help me narrow it down.

Edit:
Now if only I could find a large enough allen wrench...

You were right! Thanks! I lowered the pressure a bit and it stopped the leak. Now I just have to lower it a bit more to help the efficiency. The odd thing is that my AOC doesn't have a lock screw (nor the hole for it) yet it is extremely difficult to adjust. Oh well, I guess my tribal is just too old .

Some of the earlier AOC's didn't have the lock screw, Toxic just simply loctited the core in place.

Yeah, thats what it seems like. I was able to loosen it by just working it back and forth a little at a time. Hopefully it won't come out of adjustment...

Well I got it working perfectly and I can now stick my finger in the breech and shoot it without it hurting. Hopefully it will be enough force to shoot a paintball at 280 fps . How do you guys sweet spot the regs? It seems like there is a very intricate balance and you would need to get it just right to minimize cocking pressure, maximize efficiency, and get it up to the right velocity.
