Thumbs down G5 bolt o-ring/bumper thingy broken

Shot probably a case thru my brand new g5 this weekend.
At the end of the day i decided to unload whatever paint/air i had left. With my last few shots i has some barrel breaks and it made some weird air noises. Figured ehh must have done that due to the low air. When i take the bolt out of the g5 i find this.

A few of the rubber chunks were still inside the gun.
Is this an o-ring seal or a bumper? Figure it was the cause of my last few breaks and air noises. Probably shot a few pieces out.
Listed as part 6 in the g5 manual where do i get a new one?
A spare is not included with the oring kit.

Why would this break apart? It was very cold out this weekend. In the 30's. May have had something to do with it. Why does everything i buy break the 1st time i use it lately

After looking through the manual again. It is called the bolt bumper in the bolt system section. Will my G5 work with this part being damaged? I did clean out all the bits of it that were probably jaming the bolt up at the end of the day.
I'm not too concerned about the scratch on the bolt it looks worse in the pic than it really is.

how fast were you shooting? what lube were you using??

either way it shouldnt break like that...

It's not used in any seals... it'sjust a bumper for the bolt

Stock lube stock everything. I did not even touch the hpr pressure. It was shooting under 280fps out of the box so i played with it that way. Shot very well all weekend until i was done playing sunday night.
I'm thinking this bolt bumper didn't like the freezing cold temps + high rof. It was snowing out when we were playing.

I do not see anything wrong with the gun internals. I just need a new bolt bumper. Hope this isn't a recurring problem though.

Make sure to replace your internal orings before using a new bolt.

I can also see a lot of scratches on the bolt. check your detent on that side and make sure its seated properly. It looks like your detent may have gotten twerked and ate your bolt. My used G4 doesn't even have wear like that. I think you're going to need a new bolt.

Wouldn't be surprised this is due to the temps. Rubber/plastic does get brittle when in the cold and the impact this part get doesn't help.
