Ok. I have the magnets mixed up. The one that goes on the trigger is there and I also have the little magnet that goes above the eye board. There are 4 little circles that form a diamond. The magnet is in the middle of those circles. Is that where it should be?

Did you try a brand new battery? I personally think that the solenoid needs to "charge up" before it starts firing. The newer the battery the less time it takes. Usually i have to turn the eyes off, then pull the trigger a bunch of times before i hear clicking (or having an aired up gun start firing), then i can turn the eyes back on again.

If the noid was fried, and the trigger was ok, the board would still register a trigger pull with the LED turning a different color when you pull the trigger.

Is this happening??

This is a noid issue, you can either remove your noid and clean it, order a new one or call Kee and get a replacement. I have had friends with Axe's that have had this issue, we replaced the noids, kept the old ones and cleaned them out after, now we have 2-3 spare noids that work.

Im not convinced this is a noid issue, but ok...
Noid or no noid, the board should register a trigger pull (LED change) when the trigger is pulled, its that simple.
..but hopefully the noid fixes it

Im gonna have to break mine down and look at that upper body peice that you photo'd... the eye board mounts where your showing that magnet being. The magnet from your trigger would not contact that peice at all, as like I said, your eye board would interfere.
My mini is my backup now, so i havent stripped it down lately. But now im curious if that magent even belongs where youre showing it.
Hmm...

Alright. So I finally got fed up with the frustration and sent it in to KEE Action Sports and they fixed it for free. All I had to pay was the shipping fee. But back to the Mini. The board and noid were fried. So my conclusion is... If you are having troubles with a gun from Empire and can't fix it... Just send it in. It only took 9 business days also! Thanks for all the help guys!
