how can i tell if its a REDEFINED board?

how can i tell if the virtue shocker board i have is a normal virtue one or if its a redefined one? they look any differenet or what?

No difference in appearance. If I am not mistaken the redefined board has been flashed to the most recent settings. For instance, there will be the flickering yellow setting that allows you to switch eye modes from break beam to reflective. I don't think there is the flickering yellow setting on the previous models of virtue boards. I also remember that there were a few other settings that were on the redefined virtue board.

The difference is when you enter programming mode if memory serves. The redefined boards have a different light pattern I think. Check the manuals for both the redefined and the original and see if you notice a difference in the light patterns.

Wish I could remember what specifically it was but the last Virtue board I owned was 5 years ago. Sorry.
