very good points, just thought it was a little strange since me and my brother were pulling out of the same caddy and he had far less barrel breaks shooting what i believe was the same bore size. But ill try out different sizes and different paint next time and see what happens. Thanks for the help appreciate it

Use your stock barrel or the biggest barrel in your bag next time this starts happening.

yea thats what ill do i was using a freak kit so ill just throw in a 693 and see how that does. I just heard you're supposed to underbore with an eigenbolt or it will be inconsistent so that's why i was trying to underbore.

White box paint will be inconsistent anyway... There's only so much you can do with it.

It's a small plastic piece in the transfer plate. Check page 19 of the manual.
