No mr2 this year unfortunately. Just seeing what its all about and if I have a good time I will be next year along with my two buddies cars who are going with.

Yeah I'll be there in my Stage 2 WRX. Only for the night meet, though.

I have a friend who just moved to Victoria who drives a SVT Focus who plans to go as well.

What color focus? might have seen him around town. Ill be at the night meet as well at the track and then the meet in the omni parking lot.

Yellow with black wheels. He works at some audio shop in town. TNT Audio maybe?

Is there still a meet at the Omni? I know that's where it used to be and they moved it. I hadn't heard about an additional one. That's a much closer drive to me. The new location is all the way on the other side of Houston

Yep thats the one, TNT is right down the road from my apt. The offical night meet is now at hennessy since last year there was almost a riot, there will be a $20 entry though to it. Then later that night there is an unofficial meet in the omni hotel parking lot. Ill warn you though parking will be a ***** there at night. I had to drive around the lot like 5 times just to get a spot.

Okay. I'd heard talk of some people on HI going to an unofficial meet but hadn't read into where it was.

I knew about the official meet being moved and why.

But yea, I should be there. If you ever get a chance, you should stop by and talk to the SVT dude. Not the coolest car ever, but he's a cool guy and loves to be around cars. He told me a few days ago he still hadn't found a group of car guys to chill with yet.

just now saw this =[. Cops were crazy this year and the omni was a cluster**** once again on friday but all in all was fun.

Omni was crazy indeed. My group tried to find parking but said **** it and just cruised the interstate.

Cops were crazy indeed. Was fun to see some of them freak the **** out and get on it to chase people down when no race was going on. Waved at a few and got no wave back. *******s.
