Yeah you can use handle bar mounts to mount them. I usually put mine on my barrel.. I find the footage comes out better than on my mask (gun gets in the way).

Just a heads up it's going to be pretty hard to trade anything for an r7. you're pretty much going to have to offer a mid end marker for one.
