Virtue Spire power button problem
Hey guys, I bought a brand new spire on Sunday and used it that day. I put batteries in it and didn't have a problem all day. When I went to take out the tray today, it physically would not come out. Not wanting to force it out, I separated the two halves of the spire and took out the alignment piece and took out the tray to find that the power button was slightly bent, which is what is causing the tray to get stuck.
TL;DR Bought spire, put in batteries, slid in the tray, played, went to clean it, tray was stuck.
Has this happened to anyone else?
