DYE NT11 dwell setting

I just purchased an NT11, I was wondering what would be the proper setting for the dwell to be set to, I have green flow insert no spacers, Noticed that I was having barrel breaks and paint chopping, someone suggested to lower the tension on my dye rotor and that would help with the chopping and breakage of paint, can someone help me

regulates the dwell until the bolt work well it breaks paint on the barrel because the dwell up the dwell, cold weather increase the dwell more.

Read the manual.

If you just expect everything to be told to you on here then you're never going to understand the marker and how it works.

I have reas the manual and it reads that the default is 6 but the manual is the same as the NT10 however a lot of people in here say otherwise thats why I was asking if its different for an NT11???

You obviously didn't click on the link I just posted.

That link is for an NT11 manual, not an NT10.

The dwell is different. Click the link in my last post, download the manual, and look on page 10 for Christ sake.

Just leave it at stock dwell and use the green insert. Most people don't use spacers, but if you really need more efficiency then use the spacers. Using the spacers will make the gun run at a higher pressure though so you won't be able to shoot fragile paint as well as you can with no spacers.

If you really want to mess with the spacers and inserts go look at the sticky titled "2011 NT info and videos." Scroll down and you'll see some different settings listed for different uses, such as more efficiency.
