where to buy parts?

I am trying to get back into paintball...It's freaking crazy they don't make autocockers anymore? What??? Anyways, I bought some P.O.S. dye body knock off on Ebay, like a minicocker superbolt something...anyways. I need parts to put it together, Is anyone still making/selling autococker parts or am I going to have to make this a long term scavenger hunt to keep my gun from looking like frankenstein?

Also Same question on Impulses...I need like some parts for one of those as well...and a micromag...where is everyone buying stuff at?

I don't plan on playing with one of these freeky space looking guns it looks like the kids are raving over these days. Also, does anyone know if there is a bps cap still or can we go wide open like way back when and rip 20+ rounds in tournaments with no penalties?

Yeah...I don't care much for the "new" cocker. It looks ugly to me. Compulsive is ok, and pbgear.com ain't bad either the bst are dry on parts, most of the stuff is junk nothing I can use. Blah...

Edit: Looks like they are selling for $550 on paintball gateway. Hmmm, considering I can get a older nicer looking cocker for 200 on b/s/t, not very enticing. I would buy it used for 200-250 maybe in a few years, but I guess that is the mindset that sent WGP out of business? Any thoughts?

i think they look pretty nice. its good to see someone making an updated, less bulky cocker...i really like the frontblock/va integration that puts the reg farther forward, and looks cleaner than a big square block on the front. ive grown to like guns that "feel" longer, seems to help point and shoot easier.

i agree $550 is a bit steep, but it does come with a good barrel kit which is worth like $150 on its own. i bet if they offered it without the kit at $400 it'd fly off the shelves. empire's been cranking out a lot of good products the last couple years, it should be pretty well made at least.

I agree that a "longer" marker has a more stable feel. It's always a balance between too long to manuever and too short to hold steady.
