LUXE 1.5 or 2.0???
hey nation,
a guy in the local field wants to sell his Luxe(the gold one) and im intrested. the problem is that i dont know much about Luxes. im more a PE fan.
how much should i pay for this marker and if anyone knows if its the 1.5 or 2.0 model(says 2.0 with 1.5 eyecovers). Marker is pristine with case, one back charger and all the goodies.

Hmm may be my phone then.
Imo. Even without looking at it. If its a full 2.0 (2.0 bolt, eyes, board) id say 1k-1200ish used
If missing any 2.0 parts id say $850-950.
If 1.5 with 2.0 ups (board bolt and eyes) $800-900
If 1.5 stock ( typically have screwed eye covers) id say $775-850.
Thats my opinion. Good luck and I hope this helps some

I see the first pic fine and kostis, just wondering, are you from MI? Your name sounds a little familiar for some reason.

The orange one looks like a 1.0 (looks like it has a place at front top of reg grip for a luxe jewel) with a screw eye mod. Nonetheless, If the lasering indicates it is really houston heat used and its has 2.0 powercore (silver firing can and sprung bolt) id say its worth cashwise around $750-$800 imo; if no 2.0 parts probanly still $700-750 imo. Good luck. Very nice gun! Also because that luxe is so pretty it could probably fetch $800-860 cause its that uncommon and pretty.
Also in comparison to PE...luxs are amazing and reliable. Youtube has many videos on care of luxe and they are more comfortable to play with than any other gun ive shot and have so many other fantastic things about them. You wont be let down by the gun or the customer service.

I would never pay over $650-700 for a 1.0 regardless of its condition, model, or upgrades. I've seen decent condition 2.0s go for $800-900 thus saying a 1.0 in any condition is worth the price of a used 2.0 in good condition is ludicrous in my mind.
It's 2013 not 2009.

It's 1.0 man. Can also check the serial number behind the marker (lx...), but 98% is luxe1.0.

It's not a 1.0, the gold one looks like a 1.5 (screw eye covers). These were made for the PSP team Houston Heat at the start of last PSP Season, just before the 2.0 actually came out. The gold one will have all the 2.0 upgrades which includes board, powercore, the new case and eyes. Heat did not have any 1.0 luxes and they only did a limited run of these 1.5's. The corner of the case that you can see in the picture is also the case that came with the 2.0's and all the late 1.5's.

I agree with this^^ orange looks like a 1.0 with screwed eye covers which would not be extremely uncommon.
That case could be for the pink one which looks like a 1.5 with 2.0 ups as indicated by the larger feedneck thumbwheel.
