Crack in Gauge
Will a crack in my crossfire tanks gauge affect it being "legal" to use at national events or to get it rehydro'd?

Gauges have nothing to do with the integrity or safety of the tank or the hydro process. The regulator is removed entirely for a hydro and not tested.
