07 ego solenoid........ crap

Well guys any of u guys know how to take apart the solenoid? I have finally found the reason as to why my gun wasnt shooting right. The solenoid was leaking. Its not worth buying one for even 70 bucks. I have 2 broken solenoids (bought one off ebay for ten that was broken). I though I could interchange parts with the broken one to get one that works but the broken one I bought had the same exact issue. The electric back parts are fine. I have 2 that work, but the aluminum that houses the piston and the seal is leaking. Is there any way I could open it up and take a look inside. I dont want to damage it with pliers just in case I can. It looks like they loctite it or something. Anyone know anybody that could even fixes these things? I am good with parts and electronics, just don't know the best way to open the housing. Thanks for any help.

So it's not worth $70 to get your high end marker to not be a paper weight? I don't really see anyway around the solenoid, so why not just spend the money to get it working properly?

buddy theyre not 70.... theyre 150. And the gun is worth 250. so yea its not worth it. Plus its not the coils that are damaged. It is the piston on the inside which is totally serviceable if I can get it apart and replace the orings on it. So yea 5 bucks compare to 150? hmmmmmmm

Well you said something about $70 and I'm not your buddy, guy.. well in that case if you can't fix it I'm sure you could part it out.

Honestly if I was in ur situation I would start experimenting with both broken noids. As long as the pilot half is working and in tact

I mean no harm in trying to make it work. If anything u still have to buy a new working noid. If u somehow found a way to make it work. U saved money
