Jersey

My friend is 5"2 and wants an empire 2012 LTD TW paintball jersey. Weighs about 80-90 pounds. What size should he get? We've done some research and looked at charts. We just want to be certain we've got the right jersey.

I would say Medium. Generally jersey sizes are pretty close to t-shirt sizes (from my experience.) Keep in mind that it won't be a bad if the jersey is a size too big either. It will fit looser and have a potential for more bounces.

I find it's 1 size less than your T-Shirt size.

If you're wearing pads under the jersey, then get your t-shirt size.

Based on the height and weight of your friend, I would recommend Size -XS (if we're talking about adult sizes)

Look at the sizing chart http://empirepaintball.com/sites/def...zing-Chart.pdf

I prefer a size Larger then a regular t-shirt. Also since being 5'2" I assume he is very young and still growing so getting a lrg or XL could be a good idea

The person in question is 80-90lbs. I'm 9" taller than him and more than double his weight and for most jerseys I wear a M or at tops L.

You're suggesting an XL, seriously? It will be a circus tent on the boy.

Lololoololol. It would be like those parachutes that runners wear for conditioning. Or maybe some of the renters could hide underneath it for cover

Hammar you don't know how old the kid is. If he grows out or hits a growth spurt in a couple of years the jersey will last him a while. I know guys that wear 3xl jersey's just fine and they weigh less then 200lbs.

I wonder what it feels like, being 8 feet tall.

You must have some interesting shaped friends, either super tall and skinny or short and as round as they are tall. If you looked at the sizing chart for empire above you would see that 2xl (adult) is a 54inch chest.

And this dye sizing chart has XXL as 58-61 inch chest http://static.zoovy.com/img/zephyrsp...zing_chart.jpg .

I find it hard to believe that anyone sub 200lbs has a chest that big, i'm not saying it's impossible but it's highly unlikely... and I'm to believe you know more than one guy like this? Perhaps you just know people that like to wear sizes that are too big for them.

What would an adult XXXL be like a 62-65inch chest? I guess if your buddies are world's strongest man competitors... For reference former world's strongest man Magnus Samuelsson has a 58" chest at a body weight of 330lbs.

Kickboxer/wrestler/mma fighter Bob Sapp had a 60" chest at a weight of over 340lbs.

Are we to believe you know guys that are less than 200lbs that are as big as guys that are 330lbs and 340+lbs? Or maybe they just wear bigger sizes than they should or childrens sizes.

Your best bet is to follow those sizing charts.
