I have a RAPPER and Vic1. Lets see what y'all think it is. Thanks, both have been set with a tester.

I had a similar leak with my supercharged v1 the other day. Cleaned and re-lubed all the o-rings on the front half of the engine (4 total - 2 outside, 2 inside) and that fixed it.

if the orings dont fix it. inspect the poppets for damage and make sure they are dry on the sealing side.

No grease on the donut... it causes leaks down the barrel.

If you've totally torn it down lately, including removal of the donut, it's quite possible you've got a tiny scratch in there and it can no longer make a seal.
If you replace all the seals and the leaks persists, replace the donut also.

I found this is pretty common.

It's pretty easy to get lube on the doughnut since there is an oring that sits in it. Do you guys just lightly lube that oring or leave it dry?

I always wipe down the donut to remove old lube and lightly grease the o-rings on the blast guide. I do NOT lube the o-ring which sits on the outside of the donut.
I'm going into my 4th season shooting the exact same gun and have never had any problems with this method.
