ferret"s right...dont see a striker buffer. (thick 1/8 " black oring that goes over main spring behind striker).

I'll agree with these gentlemen as well. Sounds as if tue striker buffer is between the striker and valve.

I have an M3 Black Dragun LED. I got lucky and got one that works flawlessly.

Get a striker buffer before you shoot it anymore, the aluminum striker shield on the back will get really tore up if you use it without one.
