Hey guys, Im stationed here at ft. Rich. I am an original member of NOR CAL FURY from cali and played D4 and random tournaments. I am looking for players to form a team to play rec and speed ball. For tournaments and just for fun. I need some good experienced players to help teach the newbs. So really anyone that wants to play seriously like twice a month would be awesome!
just hit me up and lets get something going! I play at Wasilla Splatterhouse till the spring rolls around.
i'd be game once I get my gear rebuilt. haven't played for 2yrs...
i have a modded 98c with the e-bolt and palmers stab. i'll be getting a etek again if I start playing more. sold my old one because I couldn't find anyone to play with up here.
I'm interested too, just got out of the army and back to the AK. I'm building up my speedball marker at the moment, but here in a month or two i'm going to throw down some money for the new DAM. I'm very experienced with the speedball scene and played a decent amount over at Fort hood, but if scenario/woodsball is what ya'll are after I could convert. I played at 907 paintball before I left for basic, but that was three years ago.
Yeah, i'm on the fence between the DAM and a Dm13, I guess it just depends on whether or not I can get in with a decent tournament team. Its tough deciding in Alaska because we don't have a decent shop where I can go pick them up and find out which one suits me best. I like the new Planet Eclipse markers as well, but like I said, i've never shot one or held one so its tough to find my fit...
I've heard good things about the ego. I just rebuilt a pm6 that i'm looking to try out here in a few weeks, i'm pretty excited about it. I know that empire is pushing their axe line on their pro teams. I'm looking forward to see how they measure up next week in Dallas against the higher end markers some of the other pro teams will be wielding.
I know that the splatterhouse in Wasilla fills tanks and Weld Air is rumored to have the attachment now, but I live in the valley so I don't really know the Anchorage area, maybe give the guys over at 907 paintball a ring and see if they know of anyone off the top of their heads? My brother in law was also telling me that some firehouses can fill them, or dive shops too. Just takes some calling around to see who has the right compressor and adapters.
