seeing all analysts etc say Sochi 2014 is all Price's team bla bla bla, price is in the top 2 in the league

since when? there was none of this talk last year, he's gotta play as many games as possible to keep the Habs in any sort of post season race, and he's out of the top 5 in GAA and out of top 10 in SV%

dont know how people can discount Lu as at least being on Team Canada for the olympics this year the way he is playing right now.

I could see a Luongo/Price duo for Team Canada. I think Price is a good netminder, last year for the Habs was bad because they're were trying to figure out who could coach them. I know Brodeur said he wants to play Sochi so we'll see.

i think if there are three goalies you gotta have a Lu/Price then Fleury/Crawford/Ward as your third

ive heard people mention Crawford as the third there but i cant say id put him there but its a toss up for that 3rd spot

If they choose Brodeur, it'd just be a novelty thing since he's a legendary goalie. I forgot about Crawford, I could see Lu/Price/Crawford for Canada. I'd think USA would go with Miller/Quick/Howard

I was thinking today as i was sitting in the hot tub about how bang on i've been with my hockey predictions over time both on forums and in person with friends/acquaintances

baked so im gonna go off on a tangent but as much as ppl hate on the Nucks/Van all things considered Vancouver and hockey fans here have had it as good if not better than most places even in not winning a cup. The Vancouver cup run was the most popular/localized group of supporters in the last 20 years or even ever. There has not been a city that was as crazy as Vancouver during the cup run and yea the riot :/ wont get into that i think about that but up until game 7 it was the biggest ride any Nucks fan had ever been on

and RIGHT AFTER the olympics?? lol like if you didnt think winning a gold in Vancouver on home soil with a city full of Canadians/World Wide ppl's game TWO of the finals is already crazier?

there was nothing like it. I've been able to do a fair amount of travelling but nothing too crazy and have had many great trips/experiances but hands down the Olympics were the best time of my life the parties the amotsphere, the vibe, THE OLYMPICS?!?

When has ANYONE EVER said Luongo is good? No one, ever. Sports Center rips on him relentlessly for having bad form and terrible reads. He's as big of a joke as Flower is.

Not mad at all, it's nice having a top 3 goalie every year.

Just my opinion. I will admit, the Olympics was probably an awesome experience in that city. Especially with the Canada vs. USA Gold Medal game. I do like flying in to Vancouver, and the drive to Whistler is beautiful on positive note.
