My grandfather had season tickets from day 1 of the Flyers and i grew up going to the games. As far as playing i used to just do it with my neighbors and friends. I quit playing hockey when my prodigy neighbor beat me when he was 12 haha. I was a much better karate athlete anyway and put too much time towards that.

Yeah, Cam was a really good pitcher, or something, cause I was surprised when I heard he was hanging em up to pitch, but a scholarship is a scholarship.
Can't say a bad thing about either of them. Wish Aidan was a bit older, he would have definitely added some scoring touch to the team we had my senior year, and Cam and I pretty much played non-stop on the back end. Good guys, nice family.
Yea aidan can ****in play. He was my linemate for the back end of the season last year. He won the league MVP last year too.
Yeah the old one has the Western divisions being stacked with 8 teams a piece. In this one CBJ and DET move East. Eastern divisions each have 8 teams, West has 7 teams a piece, and the East may get a wild card slot or some bull****.
If this holds true, I'm starting my campaign for two more teams in the West... uneven divisions is dumb.
Edit: On a side note, I guess if this holds true, Detroit can claim victory against us in our rivalry.
think days of DET dominating might be getting behind them
a winning tradition only goes so far when your not spending to the cap year after year, hate to use the money thing but when a team like VAN/CHI/SJ/BOS/PIT etc. are all willing to spend every last dollar to build a winner, imo FA's will find those situations more appealing than the "tradition" DET has grown
also most of those places are farrrrr more desirable living situations
