This has been resolved. MacDev has made great strides in the last year and a half in customer service. I have used their customer service recently and have nothing but great things to say about my experience.

Customer service is really important to me, I would think most high ends would deliver that 100%. I can tell you now empires customer service is simply as good as it gets and for that I will always own the latest and greatest empire releases period. Not to mention for the money the axe is the arguably the best shooting marker under 1k well under!
I would def like to shoot them l before buying but I really don't see it happening. I wish I had the money to get the all lol. I think at this point I may be going with the clone gt. I do love everything I hear about the luxe but I don't want to be another guy at the field with one. So with that being said the ego is on the market, I am holding on to my axe and soon hopefully will be a gt owner.
I guess I need to find out now about the gti upgrades and release dates. Make sure they are all hardware changes and no gun changes. I don't want to get hit with the depreciation of a new model dropping immediately after I retail up a new one!

I personally never had to use PE's Support. Never had a single issue with the guns I have owned by them. That alone should be a good enough reason to buy the Geo3 and I will most likely own one at some point. But for now I am in the mood to try something else. And all this talk about the clone gt has me finally ready to get one!

The vanquish really? That or the new ego. Those guns are both ugly af. And based off the shooting video the vanquish seemed very smooth but really loud. Looks and sound seem to be big In your preference. Luxes do have great resale but look at all the luxes for sale compared to the gt. that's because everyone keeps them! They seem to be the best gun all around out there. The biggest thing is the how many parts on the bolt. Treat the gun well and it will out perform all these guns. And it's the one that you already think looks the best. Go with this gun because it has been out for awhile all the old gripes and kinks are fixed in the gun and by purchasing one now you can get the gti board and if you don't like it trade it

This is the plan bro! The more I think about it the less I think I can move from the GT. Im just waiting to find out when they are releasing the new Board, Grips and Valve before I purchase.

You might as well just get a Shocker if you're looking at the vanquish.
The new Ego, while somewhat fugly, looks very comfortable. My vote is for the new Ego if that's an option. I'm still shooting an 08 w/no issues. Gun never goes down.

you kidding? That would be pretty nice. I have a Ego10 and an Axe right now and I prefer to shoot my Axe because of how much quieter and smoother it shoots. People say the geo is AS quiet as the Axe so Im left wondering how the Poppit LV1 is going to be quieter than the Axe.
The Luxe is incredibly quiet and I originally decided to go with the GT because people are swearing its just as if not more quiet than the luxe.

Still not sure I would want to go poppit. Its still a little loud even in the videos.

It's the sound signature, I think, that is throwing you off. Even though it may be quieter, it still has a "harsher" sound. Personally, I'd take a poppet over a spool valve any day. Reason being that the poppet will just work. Reliability has never been an issue with my Ego, and it's an 08. But that's my two cents.
