There's a company in Colorado (i think) making a hydrophillic that obviously does the opposite of this.

Well, until I can buy a gallon bottle of this gypsy magic in a hardware store for under $20, it probably doesn't do much for me. Cool though.

I highly doubt it is toxic, or could be absorbed through the skin. IF it could it would be during initial application so you'd be better off coating a wetsuit in it.

skintight all body coverage, i guess a morphsuit could work depending on how well it handles application on stretching materials (which since (i'm assuming) a portion of its super ____phobic nature is due to surface nanostructures i can't see that working out too well)

a comment from the poster of the video said to get it off skin you just use soap and water. He also didn't say anything about avoiding contact with skin, so i'm assuming it isn't toxic

That doesn't make all that much sense to me seeing as soap is hydrophillic and oleophillic it should have no real effect on the coating, unless the soap and water scrub only serves the mechanical action of removing the first layer of skin along with it. exfoliationnnn |
