You know I just commented the other day that I wish someone would come up with a hard line system that can be disconnected quickly for gun teching AND allow one to air the gun up without the frame on. This is pretty darn close to what I had in mind. Good work Jack!!!

I think it looks pretty good to be honest. People be hatin on anything different. I applaud it.

I dunno guys, I like pretty much everything EXCEPT the main notable feature, which is the "internal" or "internal-ish" air line. It just comes across as half-assed.

I LOVE how close the frame has gotten to the top tube, LOVE the elimination of the LPR bump, LOVE the shape of the front grip/reg and even the rubber covering, but that air routing is just... bleh. I'd have rather seen it still have macro if that's the best we can do for internalizing it.

Just thinking about the hardline system - I'm assuming that it's a male/female straight bore with an oring (or two) sealing it?

I can imagine it would be a PITA to take apart if there's no Q/D

also - the cam system used to operate the poppet - is there some sort of spring holding it up? Just want to make sure that here's no chance of holding the gun vertically and having the cam fall other, and I can't seem to find the pictures of the internals.

I've never owned a PE gun and have never been too crazy about how the Ego looks aesthetically. I think this gun looks sweet aside from that hideous airport to the trigger guard. If this gun isn't as ****ing loud as other Ego's, along with the focus on upgrades, there's no reason for PE fanboys and other players seeking a reliable high end marker not to get this. PE = reliability anyways, right?

PE reps don't read what's on the largest paintball website, and don't want to make a gun for the people who spend thousands of dollars with them every year? This isn't the automotive industry, this is paintball, it's incredibly small compared to almost every other sport and with a very large majority of the players on this one website it's somewhat easy to gather what most people want and like.

You do realize that the HEAD of Planet Eclipse has been consistently posting in THIS thread for a while now don't you? I'm pretty sure the PE reps have been reading what is in here... I'm also pretty sure they that worked pretty closely with a lot of players to bring this gun to where it is now.

While I agree with most of the dislike towards the rubber on the reg as far as appearance goes, I know that it will be pretty damn comfortable so I don't really care. I owned an Ego11 for a little bit and was very impressed with everything that gun did, it was incredibly smooth for a poppit and more comfortable than probably every other gun I've owned and used (quite a lot). I loved it, I wish I still had it to be honest. With everything this gun is looking up to be I wish I could justify buying it right now instead of going to college lol. The changes in internal design of this gun seem pretty amazing, I really hope someone at my local fields gets one as soon as it's available so I can mess with it.

How much shorter is it compared to the ego11? That was my only problem with egos from 2009-2011. At first I thought it was a stupid design but after a closer look of the pictures that thing look so comfortable to hold and shoot, cant wait to get one

Vampire colors have always been White and Red. I would assume Vamped is that combo.

I think this gun is going to be one of those "the more you shoot it the more you love it" types. I felt that way about my ego 11. It was different feeling at first, but once I got used to it, it was my favorite.

Instead of everyone B#$%ing about that line from the reg to the grip frame, go shoot this thing, and then come back and tell us what you think. I can honestly say I've never been disappointed with a PE products performance
