I've never installed a 5.9L into a Ramcharger, so I can't really give you any tips there.
But I must ask, do you have the ability/time to spearhead a project like this? I'm not trying to put you down in any fashion. Just making sure you know what you're getting into.
Are you running a Common Rail 24v? Why the Allison? What are your plans with this project?

It's a 2 hour job, easy peasy, just lift the old one out and bang the new one in.
Seriously, I don't think you know what goes into an engine swap.

Is it a 24v CR? Why are you going w/ the Allison?
Look into a painless diesel wiring kit. http://www.painlessperformance.com/
Were going to need some very specific info on your build here, their is to many variables to cover with the info you've given us.

You're going to nearly spend your budget on a aftermarket wiring harness and the adapter plate for the engine/trans. Not to mention the other 1,000 odds and ends that you'll run across unexpectedly.

The honest truth is if you're on a paintball forum asking for suggestions about an engine swap... you shouldn't even be thinking about doing this. At least thats my opinion anyways.
