LOL dont even get me started with stinger paintballs. i had no other options since walmart was the only store around here that opened at 8. so i picked up stingers for the day. that was the worst mistake of my life. i was playing pump all day and i cant believe how ****ty they shot..... every ball curved left or right. i even had one that curved down. i was so sick of it that i quit playing halfway through the day and gave them away to some kid. I WILL NEVER BUY STINGERS EVER AGAIN!

I use draxxus midnight from sports authority, never had an issue yet. Runs about $35 a case.

Midnight is great budget paint. I've shot about 10 boxes of Midnight. Shoots pretty straight, nice fill, priced right. Wouldn't think of changing anytime soon.

I would avoid buying paintballs from any big box retailer as they tend to be old or the shells harder for an excessively long shelf life.

Lol love when the other big box stores step in. Just don't get it from Walmart again and you'll be fine.

I have used those a couple times they are good but dicks where I am at seemingly ran out of them all the time. They are cool because the shell is camo but filled with an orange paint.

Agree with this guy. I've shot 10 cases of Midnight in my G5 with zero breaks. Sports Auth is always sending me 20% coupons to use in the store of online. That means $28 per box. Not bad for a paintball this good. If you read the reviews online, many people say if you can't buy $100 per box paint, this is the next best thing. I believe them.
Also, yes, you can order the paint online but as rough as UPS or Fedex is with boxes, I've received paint with some broken balls before. What's good about Sport Auth is they will let you exchange the paint for unbroken paint with no problems. The last few times I've used my 20% off coupon, I've just went down to the store. That way I can open each box and set aside broken paint bags until I have completed boxes. I then take the box of broken paint to a clerk and have it removed from the shelf so no one else buys it.
I've used several types of paint from Dicks ranging $35-50 per case but have not been please with any as much as the Midnight paint from Sports Authority.
