Simunition and Stuff

A Navy agency got in touch with me in order to see if they could build a Shoot House on my property but they want to use simunitions. I am familiar with what simunitions are but I do not know the type of insurance I need to get to cover me. My current insurance does not cover Airsoft and will not allow me to get a rider policy to additionally insure me for airsoft SO I will ditch them as soon as my policy expires and get one that does. Is there a company that covers Simunitions, paintball and airsoft? Is there any red flags I should be concerned about with simunitions other then range and power. I am trying to convince them to use first strike rounds but part of the reason they want to use simunition is the compatibility with real fire arms. Thank you for your help

Talk to Cossio Insurance. They'll be you best bet, if any of the traditional paintball insurers are going to be able to cover it.
