I will start off with saying that yes I know that that the prop shaft screw is suppose to move. The issue is that after time and while be gassed up, the prop shaft screw begins to move beyond the back cap on my geo 3. I have changed the orings etc. and it is still happening. Any help would be much appreciated.

Watch the jack wood geo 3 bolt maint vid on you tube. He says that you should tighten them. Mine did the same thing all I do now is make sure it's really snug in there every time I clean it. I haven't used any lock tight on it because I may want to take it out to do any maint if issues come up. Doesn't bother me really just when you clean it every time make sure it's snug and you shouldn't have any issues at the field.
