I eat pretty damn clean and it's really easy. I just set myself a certain meal plan and stick to it. Everything I eat tastes delicious.

7+ reps at 345 this weekend would be swell. Have no more spotter though, finding random people in the gym sucks.

My best creations are my granola I make myself that is very low in sugar and high in carbs compared to most granola and my sweet potato mash that consists of sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, and two cans of kidney beans.

I sadly just hit this number for a set of 5 squats.

Not a bad squat if its good depth. I have seen more half squatting in my gym recently. This is what happens now that they've tried to make it more fancy, it attracts idiots. At PT I was finally becoming able to get some decent depth on my squats. If I can get my foot fixed perhaps I will squat heavy again.

pause squats. dem be hard. haven't done those since hs football. my favorite were heavy box squats with bands. At my peak I was up around 500 pounds bar weight and 200+ of band tension at the top of the lift. Those were so fun.

I'm really sad I can't do any squats anymore. I was always pretty good at squats and sucked at bench. Now I am ok at bench and can't squat

Well good thing you didn't literally eat a US standard ****ton of food, that's much larger. You probably would have died.

Admittedly it's not a proper depth at all, a bit above parallel. I squat twice a week, one day just going for weight even if I don't get proper depth. The other day I go for proper depth even if I can't get the weight I get when I go heavy. It seems to be working for me because in about 2 months I've gone from barely being able to squat 225 at **** depth to easily doing it at proper depth.

I've never injured myself doing slow methodical squats.

A metric ****ton is 204.6 lbs more than an American standard ****ton.

Nevermind found it.

I don't know what he wants to do. He says he may get a real job, or he may just be a ski bum and do something like snowmobile guides in the winter an river guides in the summer. I've known him my entire life and I'd imagine he goes with the latter, or some other remedial job that doesn't even require a college degree. As for why Boulder, I have no idea. He's never even been there before, but he's a hippie so he'll fit in with all the weirdos up there.
