I would agree with those as well. Just it was hard to determine that 100% or if I was just thinking those things.

Realistically the GT operates fine without it, but it comes down to user preference. It's slight things but for me they added up to a bigger picture. Yeah little less kick on its own may not be huge but when coupled with the other things... It was pretty good.

You can always switch back to the original setup too. Just remove the spring and you are set. It's not like you are stuck with that spring in there forever and it's irreversible. Yes the milling is done, but the spring just sits on the guide.

There's not that many restaurants that do it, but I absolutely love when they bring you the roasted gahlic and bread. Most do the olive oil / bread combo but when they bring you the gahlic that you can spread like buttah on the bread....man, it just doesn't get much better.

Wow I literally just read the new posts in that thread before I even came in here and saw you link to it. Yes, it's not that hard to figure out the example you were putting out there. Some people just like to try and find fault and call it out, making themselves feel cooler. That guy is one of them.

Yes he has been adequately owned. I mean I can see how it was misread by him, but it should be pretty obvious by now who the idiots are and who the non-idiots are on the forums. If I were ever about to call out someone who I knew was knowledgeable, I'd make sure I was completely right first!
