And we do need a lot more reeducation programs in prisons. The problem is that Republicans will never vote in these programs, so nothing will get done.
Or the problem is the democrats keep getting in jail (blacks/hispanics).
Better 10 guilty men walk free than 1 innocent man be executed. Besides, life in prison is cheaper than execution. Look it up.
We could build colosseums for death row/life in prison inmates to fight each other in combat. It is humane in that it gives them a chance to restore some sense of dignity and honor while living in a cage.
