Firstly buy a good third party lube (Sl33k, TechT GunSav) don't use the stuff that comes with it. Clean off all the existing lube from the bolt guide, bolt and poppet (remove o-rings to clean in the grooves). Very lightly lube just the o-rings on the bolt guide and bolt. Use a bit more lube on the poppet o-ring.
The only other thing you should do is use some high quality oil and put a few drops in the regulator. There was a brand recommendation by Simon somewhere in the forums. If I find it I'll update this post.
